Recharge Campaign
A healthcare company was facing the tricky challenge of getting employees excited about returning to the office after COVID. This wasn't just about putting up a "welcome back" sign—they needed something that would genuinely make people feel good about being together again and signal that this was a fresh start, not just going backwards.
The "Recharge" campaign was designed to make the return feel like a celebration rather than an obligation. I created a distinctive logo that captured the energy and renewal they wanted to convey, then built out a complete campaign around it. This included a step-and-repeat backdrop perfect for social media moments, an engaging event poster that got people excited to participate and practical branded merchandise like power banks and reusable bags that reinforced the theme while actually being useful.
Digital assets and templates ensured everything looked cohesive across all communications, so the campaign maintained its energy and professional appearance throughout the entire rollout. The goal was addressing both the emotional side—helping people feel excited—and the practical side of making the transition smooth.
The campaign worked exactly as intended, creating real enthusiasm and optimism as employees came back to the office. People felt connected to each other again and saw the return as an opportunity for growth rather than just getting back to normal. It showed how thoughtful design can tackle complex workplace challenges that go way beyond typical marketing projects.
